All orders shipped via UPS Freight will only be delivered to the address listed as your shipping address via an appointment for residential addresses. Please ensure your shipping phone number is the best number to reach you as the carrier will call you to schedule it for residential addresses.
If they are not able to reach you, the shipment may be returned to Shipper. Return shipping costs may apply and will be deducted from your final refund.
Any address changes requested after your order ships will incur a "reconsignment fee" that will be payable by the purchaser of goods.

Business addresses will be delivered without an appointment please ensure there is someone available during regular business hours : 8a-5p.

*Missed appointments may be assessed a redelivery fee that must be paid to the carrier by the customer prior to re-delivery.

*You will need to be present to receive the shipment, and many times shipments will be delivered curbside.
*If there are any items missing or damaged on your shipment, it must be noted on the proof of delivery form so that we can quickly work on getting it remedied.
